60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We stand behind Methylia. If you are not fully satisfied, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return or refund. Email info@methylia.com with your order number and we will take care of it. If a return is required, we will send you return instructions.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, email info@methylia.com.

Damaged or wrong items. Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Subscriptions. You can cancel your Subscribe & Save plan at any time before your next renewal by emailing info@methylia.com. Cancellation stops all future orders.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period. If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
